The property is located on the Main Street in Santa Cruz Island. You have shops and restaurants closed by. Neighborhood is charming and safe. You can walk everywhere. Hotel is nice and clean . Staff is very friendly and service is excellent. Only complaint i have is the room wall can be thinned. You can hear a lot of noises from your room. I can hear people turn ing on the shower faucet and water running when sleeping at night. We were mainly out during the day time and used the room to sleep at night. The restaurant next to the hotel has very good food.

Hotel was in the middle of the tourist district, convenient and very nice property. Breakfast was eggs prepared your way, Ecuadorian recipes, fruits, and breads. Good food.

Very nice little boutique hotel, very well located in Puerto Ayora. Exceptionally attentive staf and clean, ample room. Our tour was canceled due to a tsunami warning. The staff quickly found an alternative activity for us.

Family owned property. They asked about my arrival time and were ready to welcome me when I arrived with tea and warm towels to refresh. The rooms were extra large and very clean. The owners made create recommendations and things to do in the area and helped book and negotiate tours for me. VERY HELPFUL

Plaza Luna Suites is family-owned and operated. It's very welcoming, like the way a hostel might, but is upscale. The breakfast was lovely every day with a variety of choices and fresh food. Every staff member i interacted with was warm and friendly. The restaurant/bar next door has loud music in the evenings, but it's not unbearable. The location is perfect and central to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will stay here again, if I ever get a chance to return!

Great stay on Santa Cruz!

Excellent location in the center of town. Walk to everything, restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was great. Comfortable bed and bedding. Nice balcony with ocean view. Plenty of outlets and USB ports to charge all your devices. Excellent breakfast at the outdoor rooftop lounge. Fresh brewed coffee in your room. Beyond my expectations. I would definitely stay at Plaza Luna again.
