This is a brand-new ATTIC is for rent, with its own private entrance. Spectacular 360º views from its 48 m2 private terrace. Large 55 m2 loft ideal for 2, but additionally has also a 33 m2 mezzanine with double bed. It has the quietness of a country house, but being on the coast, 5 minutes driving to town centre. There is also a toilet on the ground level. The finca has own private parking.
The pool (8,20 x 4,20 x 1.20-1.40) is heated 25ºC
IMPORTANT: babies and children under 10 are NOT ADMITTED, due to security reasons.
