"APARTAMENTO FRENTE OCÉANO" is located in Tenerife, on the beautiful Playa Martianez in Puerto de la Cruz, just 30 meters from the ocean.



This studio is a fully renovated, independent apartment, thoughtfully furnished in every detail. It is not a hotel room or a shared-bathroom apartment, but a complete and private solution designed for maximum comfort. It accommodates up to four guests, with a separate bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped private kitchen, and an elegant bathroom exclusively for guests.



The apartment offers high-speed private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher with detergents included, personal hygiene products, and all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay.



Access is barrier-free, and elevators ensure easy mobility. Guests have use of the communal parking—an added value in this area—available in the internal courtyard and on the adjacent street (not reserved).



Outside, there is a communal garden. The recently renovated communal pool is on the 7th floor, with a large sun terrace equipped with loungers, offering spectacular views of the ocean, Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz. Restrooms with showers and towels for the solarium are available. Linen changes and mid-stay cleaning are available for an extra fee.



The building is at the start of the Sant'Elmo promenade, with bars, restaurants, shops, and boutiques leading to Plaza del Charco. Nearby are the Lago Martianez pools (designed by Cesar Manrique), the Sant'Elmo Hermitage, and a shopping center.
