Impressive semi-detached villa with garden and pool in one of the most exclusive areas of Puerto de la Cruz. It can accommodate up to 4 people and includes 2 bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, a living room with a 55" TV, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The house is ideal for families with children, for visiting friends, or for working, as it has high-speed Wi-Fi and enough space to sit comfortably in any corner. The terrace, with its dining area and outdoor armchairs, gives more space to the living room itself, as its sliding glass door opens and integrates directly into the wall, disappearing completely. This window (in the living room) does not have blackout curtains, in case you wish to use the sofa bed. From the pool and terrace, you have views of the sea and our Teide volcano. The pool can be heated upon request and is paid (consult). A magnificent accommodation to enjoy the climate of this region of the island and just minutes from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops. El Durazno is one of the most exclusive residential areas of Puerto de la Cruz. Located above the Botanical Gardens, it is a short drive from the center of Puerto de la Cruz. If you are using a car, you will have no problem parking near the accommodation. And if you simply want to take a stroll, it only takes about ten minutes to reach the La Paz neighborhood, with a large number of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The nearest supermarket (Mercadona) is on the same street, about a 5-minute walk away. Calle Trevina is a very quiet street and neighborhood. You can always take a car and take a good stroll around the neighborhood or simply explore it on foot. There are a few restaurants, a bar, and a botanical garden nearby. The nearest beach is called Playa de Martiánez and is about 2 kilometers away.
