The whole staff at this location was exceptionally friendly and very hospitable. I can’t say nothing was wrong while we stayed here at Secrets.. all restaurants and entertainment was exceptional and a very hospitable staff. We loved our time at the resort. The check in process was easy and the property is beautiful. Most of the employees were very friendly and eager to meet our every desire. We were lucky enough to be offered a free upgrade. We were in a king suite with a swim out. Our butler introduced himself to us right after check in. We were told that he would be in touch frequently to see what he could do for us. He asked about all of our favorites for the mini bar. We never heard from a butler the whole time we were there. We finally reached out to him on the 2nd day we were there and asked for a few things for our mini bar. And we never heard from him again for the rest of our stay. If we had actually paid for this upgrade I would be very disappointed. The breakfast buffet was really good! There were so many options! The resort was in excellent condition. There are just a couple things that may need some updating. The mattress was very worn and sunken in and the bath towels were very rough. They might need to be replaced soon. Overall our visit was awesome and we really enjoyed relaxing here for a week.

This resort was as close as you can get to heaven on earth the staff is phenomenal they have the largest collection of the most amazing people in Mexico.
