I dont belive we will stay again. The cost was way too high. The pool was nice, beach access was nice. But it cost of the rooms, the food, the bar area, it was more expensive then Downtown San Diego. Even at basic hotels there are more comforts included then what was offered here just wasnt worth the money.

My stay at Las Palomas Resort was nothing short of incredible. The property is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The pools were sparkling, the lazy river was a fun touch, and the swim-up bar made relaxing even better. Our condo was spacious, modern, and well-stocked with everything we needed—plus the balcony sunsets were unforgettable. Staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore Puerto Peñasco, Las Palomas is the perfect home base. I can’t wait to come back!

The staff were unhelpful too many rules to follow for guests, they make you feel back in school. The check in was a headache because they wouldn't accept my ID because it didn't have a signature on it, plus they wanted to charge extra for the room. Elevator wasn't working for two days and we were using the emergency stairs because nobody told us there was an extra elevator to get to our floor eventhough we made a report at front desk, we finally found out by a maintenance person of how to get to our room. Very disappointed of customer service, dinner restaurant waiters seemed upset because we decided to eat inside because the flyes were everywhere on our food, they said those flyes are nothing as if we were exaggerating (Who wants to eat flyes not me) the worst of everything was front desk people, they have the worst customer service! Never coming back! And I never write reviews like this but this time I feel like it needed to be written. Thank you for a bad experience. The beach is beautiful that's all.

We have stayed at Las Palomas three times in the past, but this time we were in Phase One. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't the best. The towels were very rough and uncomfortable to use, and the bed was quite stiff; I didn't like the mattress at all, as I woke up with a stiff neck. Additionally, communicating with the front office was difficult because their phone line was not functioning properly. Overall, it was not our best experience.

Overall a good experience, there was jack-hammering all day at the pool area, very disruptive so we went to the other pool. Not as nice. Pool staff is very nice and attentive, drinks could be a bit stronger, not sure if I had any alcohol in my drinks.

The property is beautifully layed out and the 2 bedroom unit was very spacious. The pools are nice and plenty to use. The staff was very pleasant. However, the amenities have some issues. The bath towels were like sandpaper. The mattress was hard as concrete. They limit the pool towels to the number of people in the room, but you have to check them out and in. This doesn’t make sense. If I'm checking them out what difference does it make if I get more. They have a lazy river, but no courtesy floats to use. They sell them in the Dely for $38 which is absolutely absurd. Why not rent them or check them out with the towels? For the price point of the resort, they need to upgrade these areas.

Mi unica recomendacion: poner un set pequeña de café en las habitationes. En el cada mio, llegamos daciado tarde al hotel y en la mañana siguiente que me levanto temprano para disfrutar el paisaje sentada en el bacon, meee falto mi cafeeee😩
