On the positive side, the suite was comfortable and clean. The Kid’s Program was very appreciated. The activities were varied, and the animators did an excellent job. On the minus side, there is not much of a beach to swim in and what little there is, is riddled with fishing boats. Although the staff was overall friendly, it became obvious quickly that the quality (i.e promptness and attentiveness) was highly dependent on the tips provided. One had to walk around with change, which was very annoying. It would be best if the price of stay was higher, but no tips expected (i.e. as at Las Mañanitas in Cuernavaca); it would make for a much better stay. Lastly, unfortunately the food was not very good, both in terms of variety and quality.
