We had a nice stay with our family of 5. The family room was perfect for us and we were happy that there were 2 bathrooms in the suite. We are vegan, so food was limited but the staff was willing to make us special meals (that were delicious) if we didn’t feel like we could benefit from the buffet. Suggestions I would make for food is to always have a plant based protein option such as beans, lentils or tofu so that we could have a more satisfying meal. We did not partake in the a la carte restaurants. The pool activity staff are a lot of fun and make for an entertaining day.. we made bracelets and key chains and played their “crazy” games too! The resort has entertainment every night and we enjoyed the ones we attended. They also host weddings/special occasions so a heads up that the music may be loud until around 1030pm. Overall we got exactly what we wanted out of our trip which was time together relaxing and having fun.

This looks way nicer in photos. It wasn't bad, but it was old, there were things that were dirty or needed fixing and paint. Elevators are small and old. Spa and pool was nice. Service was hit or miss. Some were really nice, like in the spa, and at the front desk, but some were not friendly or nice. I would look somewhere else next time.

Certainly! Here's a draft for your review: --- I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The accommodations were rundown, and there were multiple electrical issues, including an air conditioning system that only worked intermittently. The mini fridge never functioned properly, yet staff insisted it was fine. Noise was another major concern—construction involving a concrete drill started at 7 a.m., making rest impossible. Many amenities and services closed too early, limiting accessibility. The environment was overwhelming with too many children, and despite their claims of being LGBT-friendly, I found their inclusivity lacking. Additionally, the food was underwhelming and far from satisfying. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I stay 5 nights 4 days...I only eligible to two reservations, food was great we did Spanish and Mexican. They Japanese & Italian and a buffet. The buffet mole was horrible (old chicken very hard to chew) , sopes not cooked well. I would like some entertainment about 6pm live music or piano music then do show, there's was more activities for kids. Staff are amazing, reception awesome the hotel is close to the beach and there's a lot of boats to take to any a island for a few hours.

The property and the staff were outstanding. Staff were always cleaning and maintaining the property. Service staff were very friendly and attentive and helped make our time there wonderful. The food however was lacking. The food at the restaurants was not seasoned and very bland. It was nice to have various options but only a single dish or two were decent at each venue. Overall loved our stay.

BIG RESORT. FOOD WAS GOOD. PREMIUM WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. NOT MUCH VARIETY OF FOOD IN THE PREMIUM AREA. SEEMED LIKE THE SAME FOOD OVER AND OVER. WALKING DISTANCE TO ZOO PHARMACY AND A COUPLE OF RESTUARNTS. BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS GOOD EVERYDAY. STEAK HOUSE WAS GOOD. SNACK BAR WAS GOOD.
