The Space:
Step into a recently remodeled apartment in Casa Jacarandas that exuding relaxation and harmony. The bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a great closet space. The living room, bathed in natural light from the sliding glass windows, features a sofa bed suitable for two young individuals (we provide extra sheets). For sit-down meals, there’s a dining area for 4, complemented by a TV, ensuring you can enjoy meals or simply relax in comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped, catering to your culinary needs.

Venture to the common area and discover the rooftop terrace. Here, guests can unwind in the spa tub, bask in the sun on the lounge chairs, or simply enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains and city. The apartment is located on an upper floor, so be prepared for a few steps. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a delightful stay in the vibrant heart of Vallarta.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and the rooftop where we have a common terrace with a spa tub, lounge chairs, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy the morning sun or the evening with its beautiful sunsets.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is about 6 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and more!

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- The condo is located in a busy area, with possible external noise.
- The building does not have an elevator. Guests must climb stairs.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Small pets are allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests freedom to enjoy their holidays privately, however we are always close by if they need something. You can locate us very easily.
