Beautiful Beach View Condo

You've found "The One!" Welcome to your vacation home, close to Restaurants, grocery stores and fabulous views and a short 10 min ride to downtown, El Malecon and the airport . You’ll love the beautiful Beach Front with amazing views of the ocean and mountains. Hang out on the balcony at night and enjoy the fireworks across the bay! This place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The moment you arrive you are welcomed by a breathtaking view of the ocean. It still takes my breath away! The condo has 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and the the condo is located next to "La Isla" Shopping Center".

IMPORTANT: There is currently no access to any of the hotel amenities including but not limited to parking, pool, gym, beach (direct from condo) etc. You are renting only the condo itself with the expansive view.

To go to the beach, you must exit the front gate, go left and left again before the bridge. (12 minute walk) . For parking we park at the mall garage next door, at the time of this edit it is 6 pesos per hour.

We have 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels for you to enjoy time at the beach.

Puerto Vallarta is a resort town on Mexico’s Pacific coast, in the state of Jalisco. It is known for its beaches, water sports and nightlife. Its cobblestone center is home to the ornate Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe church, boutique shops and a range of restaurants and bars. Downtown is adorned by white-washed houses with terracotta-tiled rooftops. El Malecón is a beachside promenade with contemporary sculptures, as well as bars, lounges and nightclubs.

* To access the beach, you must exit the resort area, go left on the street, and left again before the bridge.

There is no access to pool and beach from the condo. Starting January 1, 2025

There is access until December 31st, 2024 from 8am to 8pm for 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years old
