Great and beautiful stay!

Great stay! Loved the quietness, cleaning staff, and great service, friendly staff! I recommend it 100% we got vouchers for free breakfast which was a huge plus and overall we can’t wait to stay there again!

The VIP breakfast was very nice, but the spa benefit was for only 15 minutes so we didn't use it. The parking around the entrance was highly congested even to drop off luggage and required blocking the street or parking in previously reserved locations.

Wonderful stay . Great location. Not many sunloungers on the roof so always in use but the beach is so close it wasn’t a problem . Excellent breakfast choices served in the hotel across the road. Would recommend

Excellent location. Odd feel though as on roof top pool empty tables had dirty dishes for at least an hour while 3 staff people behind the bar were talking. Also, coffee maker very low standard. Maybe best to just have a kettle for instant beverages instead.

Casa Doña Susan was a fantastic stay. Affordable! Room was a little dated but overall a great stay. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Access to the sister hotel amenities was a wonderful touch!

We were upgraded to the Arcos suites across the street for my Fiancés birthday, which was very kind and surprising, Much appreciated! It was a large room with a king bed and two couches, did i mention the balcony? It was a great 5 night stay. No complaints whatsoever. We have stayed at Casa Susana before and the Playa Los Arcos. The best and quietest has been Arcos suites. We would go to the Casa Susana pool because the sun would hit it all day. It was a fantastic stay, we can’t wait to go back!

Staff are amazing. The property is a bit dated and we were staying on the main floor which did not have a lot of natural light and you could hear every conversation each morning. The pool area was very nice, but hard to find two chairs together most days. Overall, average property but the staff made up for it. Great location near the beach.

Overall great place to spend a few days, room was dated and dark, bathroom very small. Enjoyed the pool, although lounge chairs were limited, and sometimes hard to find., other sister hotel quests would occupy the limited space at the pool. Would stay again for a few days as location was perfect.

My husband and I got put into a room with two beds instead of the King that we reserved, we only realized when we entered the room and were told there were no other rooms available. That room had very narrow "double" beds that didn't fit two people comfortably, had no windows, and the AC unit was rattling intermittently, so the first night was terrible. We had to ask to be moved to a room we actually reserved, which they did the next day. Our experience improved after that. The staff is great, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The window in the room looked out only to the courtyard, but it was fine. Maybe a few more outlets around the bed would be nice for charging etc.

Good value--for the price but... The staff in general were excellent and we were wonderfully close to the beach. However, the room was nothing like the images on the Expedia website and we would have gladly paid a few dollars more if we had known that our room lacked outside windows or a balcony. The only real downside was the rooftop snack bar. We ordered nachos which were just a blob of cheesy goo and beans with some decidedly over cooked and greasy chips. (How do you screw up nachos???) Decent coffee in the morning but it was in the ground floor lobby and if you were on the 4th floor, that was a hike! Overall, good but not great. Almost great--and a great location.
