The bedroom features a smart TV with access to Netflix and other Smart TV apps and two Alexa speakers to play music or utilize as white noise machines. Air conditioners are located in the bedroom and living area to cool off on warm days.

The new Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th-floor terrace features a sparkling lap pool and several lounge chairs, cabanas, and an outdoor cinema/reading seating area. The separate rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, hydro massage, bar, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica.

Other things to note
There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.
