So I stayed here, ZERO STARS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY SO I didn’t want a “party” hotel with music all night etc, thought this would be a happy medium as they make it seem by there description…. They had no music, no nothing they had one event sushi making at lunch!! That’s the only event they held pools closed by 9 not nearly enough seats by the pool maybe 50 chairs there tops. what they don’t tell you, adult only bar/pool closes at 5 and swim up bar closes at 7, and there doing pool chemicals by 9 so can’t swim there, main bar is open till 10 or 11 but huge line, takes about 15 min to get drink, restaurant you HAVE to book an appointment to eat even if there empty, and tried all 3 for dinner and got RAW CHICKEN at all 3, room service foods pretty good, takes about 1 hr minimum for it to arrive, and they tap on the door I mean “tap” ONCE (you can’t even hear over the TV) then if you don’t open it they walk away and you have to re-order, it’s a complete joke, had to get a new room, (we stayed on the 9th floor penthouse) because there was ANTS all over the walls everywhere, they gave me a new room after I demanded one, they kept saying they’ll clean it then it’ll be fine, I’m on vacation I just paid $5000 for and there trying to tell me to suck it up, after arguing I got a new room but it’s all a complete joke, DONT waste your money on the penthouse, just get a king size regular room, ONLY difference is same size room/bathroom etc penthouse is just top floor and 20 ft ceilings
