The room and entire property were spotless. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The beach area was beautiful and only a few steps from the pool area. If I ever travel to Puerta Vallarta again, I would definitely stay at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive.

The staff was super nice. The bathrooms by the pool were a bit dirty on a few days but not all days. The 24 hour room service was great. The food at the Asian cuisine was fantastic. The Mexican-styled foods weren’t as authentic as first anticipated.

Room was super cold and the maintenance department was there till 10:30 PM trying to fix the air-conditioning in the room. They had to replace the thermostat and then they had to go into the ceiling of the room and fix pipes.

The rooms are small, which was acceptable since we spent most of our time outside. However, this is where the experience began to decline. The staff isn't very courteous, and there are long wait times for food to be served at the table, both in the restaurants and at the pool when ordering drinks or food. To make matters worse, the in-room service was terrible—it took two hours to get water bottles and an hour to receive a hair dryer. Additionally, the guest services did not allow us a late checkout at 1:30 PM, even after we stayed at the property for five nights.

Staff was very friendly, resort is right on the beach, the pools are average. You don’t get sun until 1 or 2 o’clock in the afternoon. The food is good. The best place is the Italian and the sushi. We ventured off three nights and found really good restaurants in their romantic zone and other places. I would say the places average as far as cleanliness. You must upgrade to a ocean front view unless you’re looking at trees. All in all solid place would not go back. But a solid B.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. it was our first trip to Mexico and we went with two other couples. The facility was very nice, accommodating, and the staff was pleasant. It was a quick uber to the Malecon. The only reason I gave an overall 4 stars was because there was no accessible food without drying off and entering a restaurant. They did have service around the pool, but that was limited to burgers, wings, and fries. With that said, we would definitely stay again!

Property is small but good. It’s clean, rooms are good and spacious and the hotel has a nice private beach. Restaurant are decent but booking the restaurant is a pain (scan code doesn’t work & you need to book in advance for dinner). Service at the Family pool is extremely slow, so sometimes you might have to go to the adult pool bar just to get a drink. Very few servers who are overwhelmed so the hotel can probably improve here. Room service is very good, they take long time (1 hr) time but deliver good food 24x7. Front desk is very good and considerate. Hotel Taxi service is very good and cheap as well.

The pool amenities were amazing. So many options as to where to hang out poolside. Outside and inside facilities were well maintenance. Staff was always available to help with questions and daily services. The beach was another amenity. See access, walkable, and swimmable. This was our 2nd time staying at the Hilton in a one year span. It was just as pleasant as it was a year ago.
