We arrived at the hotel with my elderly mother who could barely walk and they said that they were overbooked and so they were sending us to another hotel down the street. We were never notified beforehand that we were gonna be going somewhere else. Otherwise we could’ve just gone straight there.They said it was an upgrade, but it wasn’t. It took over 30 minutes for them to get transportation for us to go to the next place after we’ve been traveling for over 15 hours and the breakfast wasn’t that great

The room was comfortable and clean. All of the staff members we spoke with were helpful and courteous, in particular Henry the shuttle driver. We were only there for one night so didn't raise our concerns. We were two people in one room with only one hand towel, one bottle of water and one coffee pod. This is not a budget hotel, so we expected a bit more. It met the needs for one night.
