Condo La Joya is ideally located right in the center of Puerto Vallarta`s hotel zone. One block from the beautiful Camarones Beach, 2 km from the Malecon and just a 15-minute ride from the airport, this is the ideal location for your vacation.

Sitting atop this five-floor building, this 1680 square-foot unit comes complete with three bedrooms, one with a king bed and the others with full-size beds, two full bathrooms - one an ensuite to the master - and a long balcony.

The kitchen is part of a spacious open design living and dining area that has everything you need for a dine-in experience and lots of room for everyone to comfortably gather. The condo boasts air-conditioning throughout.

The building itself offers 24-hour security/reception, a large common area with a heated pool, a gym, and parking available.

Note. Only the master bedroom has a TV (Connected to wifi for streaming).

There is also construction of a new tower happening about 1500 meters away from the building. Distant construction noise can be heard during the day but there are trucks driving back and forth to the construction site at various hours.

Really good location for nightlife, beaches and food

We really enjoyed the proximity to so many great restaurants and things to do. The pool side Conversations were very welcoming and informative about life in Puerto Vallarta. Even though we didn't look at the TV very much, it was noted by two of the guests that the only TV was in the master bedroom. In some ways, that forced us to find other things to do which might've been better than watching TV. I found the windows to be a bit of a distraction as they have been wiped but not cleaned. There are a lot of windows so I think it might've taken a very long time to get them as clean as I would like to have them.
