The Space:
Our loft promises a blend of style, comfort, and convenience. The space has been designed and decorated with a sleek, modern, minimalistic style. The condo has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a double, and two full bathrooms, great for couples, friends, and a small family of 4.

The kitchen is well-equipped to whip up any meal of the day, and there’s a gorgeous natural wood dining table for sit-down meals. With high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV in each bedroom, entertainment is always just a click away.

For those who love a refreshing dip, the spacious infinity pool on the roof awaits. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security. Because you'll be about a 15-minute drive to the Malecon, you can dive into the heart of Puerto Vallarta and make memories that will last a lifetime!

We offer other amenities like gym, kids area, yoga studio, business area and a movie room that everyone can enjoy.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo and access to the Roof Garden & Infinity Pool of their Tower (3), for which they must wear the bracelets provided within the apartment. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. Any failure to comply will result in a penalty fee.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
Due to its excellent location, moving to any point in the city will be super easy. Just one block away, you are on the main avenue. The center & boardwalk is just 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes to the airport and approximately 25 minutes to the Riviera Nayarit. If you enjoy walking, from the condo, you can reach excellent points in just a few minutes, or you can easily get there by car or Uber.

Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 3.7 km | 2.3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you arrive by car, you have parking for 1 vehicle onsite.

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- Upon arrival, you must register your entry with them by showing your identification (which you must send to us prior to your arrival) and filling out a registration form. Remember that if you do not send your identification prior to your arrival date, you will not be able to enter.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests the freedom to enjoy their holidays, however, we are always close by if you need something, you can locate us very easily.
