I stayed at Casa Dona Suzanna which I loved very much. I wish tgey had kept the wrought iron doors to the balcony. We stayed at playa this time because of direct access to beach. I did not prefer the room cleanliness. We were here for a week and the sheets were not changed even once during our stay. The balcony was untouched. The toilet base was also not cleaned from beginning of our stay. A little extra cleaning would have gone a long way. I enjoyed two hot showers and the rest were cold to luke warm. Staff were friendly.

Great couples retreat

Perfect location in the Romantic zone/old town with an ocean view and located on the beach. Walking distance to all the sites for first time visitors. Tons of nearby restaurants. Family friendly, but also separate pool for adults only. Friendly locals, happy to let us practice our Spanish. Plenty of chairs by the pool and beach. Pool side bar with 2 happy hours. Loved it.

This was a very nice Beach Resort! We had the all inclusive package - the food and drinks were great. It was in an amazing location in the Zona Romantica, in a very lively and walkable area. The hotel staff are friendly. Would highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay.

This is my second time staying at Los Arcos. I love the area and how everything is walking distance. Hotel itself could probably use a remodel, but I don’t mind it at all! I’ll stay here again next year!
