The hotel is in a fantastic location if you're interested in being in town and having lively and fun options to pursue outside of an all-inclusive package. We had a great time. The hotel is older and the rooms could use a refresh, otherwise the place is clean which is most important. The only "incident" is someone took one of our beach towels from a beach chair. The hotel was militant and said we had to pay. It should have been handled differently by the hotel.

Wonderfully friendly staff that helped me whenever I had a question. Rooms are slightly outdated but it’s Mexico, so I’m ok with that. Water pressure was strong and hot. Bed was very comfy. The location is hard to beat. Right on the ocean with designated beach chairs and towels. Balcony’s facing ocean added to the charm. Daily maid service was on point. Only complaint is that I had friends that couldn’t come up to my room because he wasn’t a guest. Their security is tight. And it was my fault for not reading the fine print. So jus be aware, no outing guests unless they’re I the resi. It’s def best for families, but I just used it as a starting point to explore all the wonderful delicious restaurants, bars, and art scene. Would def stay again.

Room 135 needs cleaning and changing tje curtains, it is molded and disgusting. The ac was not working properly and smelled old and also, that room has a weird painting tjat did not make us sleep for twoo nights. We were moved to tje second floor but had cockroaches so we decided to check out.

This is our favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is older, and it is not like the hotels in the hotel zone or near the airport. But that’s why we like it.

Overall good experience. Clean room, clean facilities, nice service staff and great location. Front desk staff seemed to be a bit under staffed so check in and out was a bit slow. Make sure to not remove your wrist band until checkout. We took ours off and threw in trash and they made us search through the trash to retrieve to complete the check out. All inclusive deal worth it, good drinks and food was solid, nobody got sick! Area around the hotel feels safe at day and night. Lots of fun bars as well in the area. All and all, if you like this area- its good spot to stay

Beach view was beautiful. Chair or seating access both on the beach and pool area was too limited for the number of guests and rooms. People would throw their towels on the chairs at 8 am and never come back to use them. It wasn't a a very fair way to use the amenities. The staff was friendly, and our cleaning lady, Angelique, was fabulous! The shower was nice, but the water kept going from hot to cold while taking a shower, no matter what time of day. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, but didn't like the pool issues, and didn't like having to wear a plastic bracelet even though we did not choose the all inclusive package for food and drink.

The room was in OK condition. Our room had a leak in the vent because of the AC. We notified staff when we noticed; they came and "fixed" it, but it kept dripping onto the floor. The room was smaller than the pictures make it seem. The staff was great! Friendly, helpful, and prompt.
