This hotel has become our favorite in Puerto Vallarta. It’s has the feel of staying at a family member’s house. With an infinity pool that has a great view. All of the staff is outstanding however Javier at the front desk goes above and beyond when it comes to personal service. He quickly notices that my husband and I drink a lot of coffee and arranged to put a coffee maker in our room without us even requesting one. The entire staff shares the same desire to make every guest feel at home. For this reason I will stay in this beautiful hotel every time!

We loved the eclectic, unique rooms! The property is beautiful and a one of a kind. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are big and beautiful. The beds were all cozy and the a/c worked great. Our group had 3 rooms all together. The Diego, the Gabriella, and the other room on the 5th floor. The Diego was my favorite!

My husband and I stayed at this adorable hotel for 3 nights. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. While the hotel boasts beautifully decorated spaces it is the staff at Rivera Del Rio that made this place wonderful. The breakfast staff, the bartender and the woman at front desk and Javier were very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again.
