They had construction going on . They wanted me to move room to change the closet doors . Room was not cleaned, but cleaned it myself to be happy with it as bathroom had mold n one of the bedsheets were not change

Food service starts outside at 8:30am inside 8am, so on if you have early plans you are screw, my room was right in front of the kids playground and since the buffet closes at 10pm all the kids screaming , adults talking loud . No rest or chill until at least 10:30 pm.

This property has very little to do except sit at the beach or pool (which is great if that is your preferred activity). Pools are small with limited seating. No night activities. Food was mediocre at best. Unfortunately there are not many restaurant choices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There are paid restaurants within walking distance. The beach is clean with good seating options. The water has a lot of waves and not great for families with small children. No drink service or swim up bars

I would not reccomend this "resort". The rooms were moldy and uncomfortable. The food was the worst part though. It was not good and we ended up leaving the resort to eat meals. At one point they served me raw meat and when i brought it to their attention they did not care nd kept serving it to other guests. So after that we were wary to eat the food aside from it being really gross anyway. The people that worked at the resort were so nice though and the location is awesome.

We arrived around 8pm due to the time we landed. Our room was not like in the pictures. We had two double beds instead of a king. They offered us a room with King bed but the room was small, as well as, the bathtub and shower were small, gross and outdated. The shower sprayed everywhere. So we ended up looking at a few other rooms before going back to our original room which had very firm double bed mattresses. The staff were very nice and as accommodating as could be. Unfortunately everything was closed when we went to get food. We did find an incredible Italian restaurant called Portobello that offered to feed us what they could and gave us drinks and a bottle of wine to take back to our room with us. They saved our first night in Mexico. 8 stars to the staff at Portobello

We did not have hot water in our shower, food options were horrible. Location was good as well as the maid and bartender service. We would not recomend this hotel due to the very limited and poor food choices.

We enjoyed staying here very much. It was nice because it was a mostly Mexican clientele, and we weren't surrounded by other gringo's like ourselves. Haha. That's kind of the point of visiting another country. The only complaints we had were that despite having a beautiful private beach, the house music was way too loud. If you like the music, take a seat near the speaker. There was no option to find a seat away from the noise and enjoy a book with the sound of waves and human conversation. Also, the rules of the beach are not enforced whatsoever. Not once in the many days we were here did anyone stop customers from smoking or playing their personal bluetooth speakers all over the beach. Very annoying!
