Very comfortable & roomy plush room. Very walkable to city attractions, restaurants & shopping. Staff very pleasant. Hotel restaurant excellent. Love treating ourselves with a stay here for a close by getaway. We have used the outdoor pool spa in the past & it’s very nice. Very disappointing, especially given the brand. The property wasn’t staffed appropriately, long waits for everything and phone calls to guest services go unanswered. The food was a huge disappointment, spaghetti and meatballs was basically ketchup on pasta, we couldn’t even eat what we ordered.
