Casa Monica is a lovely detached house situated in the tranquil countryside of Pula, and yet only about 3/4 kilometers from the main town and Nora beach. It is also very near to the popular Is Molas Golf Club. This is the ideal place for peace and quiet with a lot of space around it and a lovely Mediterranean garden to enjoy.
It offers 3 good-sized bedrooms and sleeps 6. The main bedroom has a large comfortable double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have twin beds.
There is a well equipped kitchen with cooker and fridge freezer, and a satellite TV in the main living area.
A modern washing machine is provided, with outdoor laundry lines for getting things dry. The house has two separate verandas with seating areas, and a large brick-built barbecue for entertaining. There is also a useful extra hot water shower outside and a big parking area.
