Gorgeous 5-BR Villa with private heatable pool near Pula

Villa Ines is very close to Pula and located only 2km from the first beaches. Just a short drive can bring you to Fažana, a small town, from which you can take a boat and visit the Brijuni Islands and the well-known National Park. Pula offers a variety of activities, from sports facilities, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, to organized excursions.
On the ground floor is one bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room.
There is direct access to the green garden with a private pool (heated on request) andoutside dining area. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and another bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with SAT TV. For more fun in the evening, there is table football, darts, and a pool table at your disposal, and for the youngest ones, a little playground.
