Residenza Blu Marino – relax just 250 m from the sea

Just 250 meters from the beach, easily reached on foot, this welcoming end-terrace house is the ideal retreat for enjoying the sea in total relaxation, without giving up home comforts.



The spaces are designed for families and groups of friends: one double bedroom with a comfortable bed and built-in wardrobe, a second bedroom with three single beds that can be joined to create another double, and a double sofa bed in the bright living area. The house can therefore accommodate several guests in a practical and comfortable way.



Every room is air-conditioned and fitted with mosquito screens. The compact, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle—perfect for feeling at home right away. WiFi FWA, satellite TV in the living area, and a safe complete the interiors.



The real highlight is the large outdoor area: a private pine grove of about 300 sqm, fully fenced and lit, ideal for relaxing or letting children play safely. You'll find a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a lounge area, sun loungers, barbecue for your grills, outdoor shower with hot water, and private parking inside the property. Outside there is also a washing machine and a sink for washing swimwear.



Right in front of the house are a playground for children and a bus stop that, from May to October, conveniently connects the area to Pula.
