The large, bright living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and the panoramic terrace will allow you to fully experience the beauty of the sea.



This magnificent 350 m² villa can accommodate up to 10 people. Located in a quiet area of Punaauia.



It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with 4 king-size beds and a double sofa bed. It also has 4 bathrooms, 3 with showers and 1 with a bathtub. Bed linen is provided.



The fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) will allow you to prepare your meals. A barbecue is also available in the garden.



You can enjoy the private pool with a view of the sea and the landscaped garden. Leisure equipment (ping-pong table, billiards) is also available. A terrace and a balcony complete the outdoor spaces.



A private covered parking lot with 5 spaces, including a covered garage with a charging station for hybrid cars, is available.

We had a rather big problem when getting to the property that the owner had changed the lockbox code the previous day and not told the property manager. So our group of eight were stuck outside at 2 am wondering what we were doing wrong. The spare key had also been removed so there was simply no way in. We taxied back to the airport and waited for a response from the hotline. Stay-In were very quick to respond and apologise and seek a refund for the night we missed and the extra taxi fares (haven't seen that yet though). Overall the property was beautiful. There are some serious issues with the shower drainage which we have mentioned. Things like handsoap and towels were in short supply, and beware of the extra charge for power if you use too much. Other than that, this property is gorgeous. The beds are firm, which I like, the view is spectacular, and there is enough space to spread out if you are a large group. Getting to the property is fairly easy once you know your way around and is not far from the airport or town.
