Cuenta con fogón y parrilla en la terraza privada y piscina y quincho compartido, del complejo. Acceso a pié a la playa de las grutas y a 2 min de auto a la playa de Solanas y su centro comercial. Servicio de mucama general (no incluye lavado de vajilla y lavado de blanqueria).
El apartamento cuenta con dormitorio y un living que se dividen por paneles divisorios que permiten abrir el ambiente durante el día. El sofa cama es de 1,85m de largo, ideal para 2 niños.
