Food is good, service is great, staff is attentive, great entertainment. Only down side is ocean water is not clear/blue, but the river is not far so it’s just nature. Otherwise 11/10.

This was our first trip to Punta Cana. Hotel was fabulous, beautiful walk ways. There was plenty of activities during the day and evening. Buffet and restaurants had a nice variety of food. It is an a little over an hour to get too but well worth it.

The property overall was nice.. very glad to have upgraded to the adult only side.. very disappointed in the dining experience.. we only were able to make reservations for 2 nights of our 5 night stay (due to being full). Problem was the 2 restaurants we were able to get into were 75% empty with what seems like plenty of staff.. we lost electricity about 8 times ( we did go out on an excursion one day) so it could have been more.. our concierge put us on an excursion like we were packed in like sardines.. I don’t believe I would return or recommend anyone to visit

Don't go there ! Its not a 5star hotel ! Landscaping is not taken care at all Rooms are old ! Pool tiles are falling off. See is muddy, and we didn't know that. Food was good !
