They advertised blue clear waters, but there was none on the property. I could’ve went to Florida. They had no regular cokes I had to buy my own. No sweet cold tea. The staff was kind and friendly.

Everything was wonderful at this property. The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms was spotless clean. it was something to do every night in the lobby or a show going on. The casino was so much fun. The deep tissue spa was great. I will definitely visit again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the quality and conditions of the facilities do not correspond to a 5-star standard. In our experience, this property is at best comparable to a 3-star hotel. We have photos and videos that clearly document the issues we encountered during our stay, and we are ready to provide them as proof. Given this situation, we kindly request a partial refund, as the service and conditions delivered were far below the advertised 5-star level. We hope you will address this matter promptly.

When I arrived to my room, I called the concierge to let her know that my room was not up to par and she was very nasty. I immediately reached out to Expedia and they weren’t able to accommodate me for 72 hours due to them, reaching out to the property, which 72 hours was my check out. They eventually accommodated me. There was no room service on the grande side.
