The beach access is great. Drinks are plentiful, the rooms and common areas are clean. The staff for the most part are friendly, but will be unhelpful if you book any excursions and need to be picked up on the other properties on site. The food however is overall lacking, especially if you are vegetarian or vegan. Overall a great stay if you're looking to unwind and relax.

This was my first all inclusive experience. I found the resort to be modern, clean and well kept. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. Room service was always delivered promptly and under 45 minutes. 3/4 restaurants I tried were wonderful. However, Takara needs a new cook. I left before dessert was served. This was disappointing as I only stayed for 4 days so having that inedible meal wasn’t great. Hard pork, hard rice, etc. only good thing was the welcome drink. Buffet options were limitless and I did enjoy. Hotels rooms were modern and attractive.

We were a group of 10 of a mix of kids and adults. We felt well taken care of by the staff, we loved the vibes the buffet breakfast and lunch spread were great! The Tiano restaurant for. Bday dinner is perfect ! Beach access right by the pool area is convenient and great for families. The staff from guest experience, bartenders, pool attendants, reception were all warm and always happy to help make your experience memorable. Entertainment by the pool and in the evening activities were all so much fun for kids and parents we loved it!

I was upgraded to a swim up room , very happy about it. The resort is beautiful with many activities. The food is good but could be excellent if the cook knows what how to cook and training the other people who work in the kitchen. The fishes and meat with no taste and dry.

Had a great 4 night stay at the Esmeralda. Staff were extremely nice. The butler Manuel was great about making everything go smoothly with our vacation. Caucus was a great restaurant! The a la carte are so, so. Food could be better but staff is amazing. Yurta is our favorite! We had so much expectation for M.E.A.T. But left a tad disappointed. We’ll definitely come back. We were a family of 5 which consist of a 1.5 year old. We came back all healthy and relaxed.
