I had multiple inconveniences in the stays, ants in the bed and in the room. The bed was damaged and not fixed as it should be. the bath the water was leaked to the entrance hall. find cockroach in the pool the drinks very to the climate are not refrigerated they deny ice. the last day I changed room and that room had a strong smell of damp and more not to continue

1. The concierge service are not connected with each other and they are not able to register basic companies and get it remediated. We were without air-conditioning for three days for example. They keep saying that they’ll take care of it, but nothing happens as nobody takes accountability. 2. The food is the same in the buffet, and the restaurants are not that good with the selection or the quality. This was our second trip and the first trip in 2019 was far better. 3. None of the staff takes accountability for anything and they keep blaming each other and making calls to each other and creating reports but nothing gets done on time. 4. To get anything done, you have to go stand there until someone becomes available and then accompany that person to get the stuff done like picking up luggage, etc..

Mold smell in bedrooms. Most hotel staff were unfriendly and unwilling to help although we spoke their language. My husband found 3 ants inside of his coffee. We waited 2 hours for bedding materials (for the signed) for our children, we called until they even stopped answering our phone calls and did not get the help until we threatened to speak to their supervisor. No towels were provided for excisions. No water bottles either although it is all inclusive. I had a piece of wool stuck between my teeth after eating a piece of meet. The beach is no longer usable, it has a crazy amount of seaweeds and the beach area just looks dirty and unkept. I would encourage people to not eat at the water park, the food is really bad even worse than the resort restaurants. The free juice bar, is a waste of materials, they do not know how to make fresh juices…

The resort is not that clean. A cleaned room was still extremely dirty. We had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned and it was not until we called a supervisor. They did not accommodate for the amount of people we were and what we paid for. Since we booked via expedia we were unable to check in at the main desk and we were put in one of the furthest buildings. Our flight was delayed and when we discussed this with check in regarding wating dinner we were told we missed the 5:00 pm cur off to reserve at a restaurant on the grounds.We received an email stating check out was at 2:00pm if we checked in online and were told to check out at 12:00 pm. This is one of many issues that happened. I would not stay here again or suggest this resort to anyone. The staff for the most part was nice.

The customer service was really bad. We called for a remote control,drinks and towels they said within an hour we will receive it and no one came at all. Every day of our stay we will call to see what was going on with these things we asked for and everyday it was a different excuse and qe never received anything.My family and I were very dissapointed and we do not recommend this resort.

Our overall experience was mixed, as a few unfortunate incidents led to some unpleasant moments. Negative points: 1. Upon entering our room, we found a used cotton swab (quite unpleasant), and even after three days, housekeeping had not removed it. 2. In the hallway, plates, knives, and a broken glass were left unattended for three days before being cleared. 3. There were no fresh juices or natural smoothies available. 4. The hotel’s main pool had some loose ceramic tiles, and I ended up with a small cut because of this. Positive points: 1. The food was consistently tasty and hygienic. 2. There was a pleasant selection of background music and plenty of relaxing areas. 3. While not all staff members were equally welcoming, overall the team was kind and helpful—especially Pedro Nuñez from the buffet area, who truly stood out for his exceptional customer service.

I didn't like beach, because was not clean. And the room smells like molding. I don't recommend it especially if have kids
