Where do I start??? 1st room safe didn’t work. 2nd room air conditioner was defrosting.. 3rd room toilet leaking, water cold, no wash clothes. Ok so no wash cloth for first night so I used hand towel…. After they cleaned room and took towels for cleaning, I asked for new ones and they said they don’t have any and could give me some “ TOMORROW “!?!?!?. So what are we supposed to use tonight!???? Then here is the kicker…. When time to leave, guy at front desk tried to OVER CHARGE FOR UBER TO AIRPORT.. $40!!! Uber is $25 to airport…. All in all, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel…. Nice pictures!!!! But room is old! Proceed with caution….

they have to improve service in the rooms and breakfast;my room was out of soap for the shower and i ask front desk and maid and never bring some i have to go and buy some, i stay for four days, i will think twice to come back to this hotel

Salut! Voici un brouillon basé sur tes notes : Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été déçus par le manque de préparation de la chambre, notamment un lit avec des poils. Les bouteilles d'eau promises n'étaient pas disponibles, et nous avons rencontré des problèmes de wifi et d'eau chaude. De plus, nous avons dû réclamer un tapis de bain. Le deuxième jour, le petit déjeuner était irrégulier, et le service de Miralonda laissait à désirer, tant en termes de politesse que d'hygiène. Le ménage restait superficiel, et le personnel manquait de réactivité. Le quatrième jour, nous avons constaté l'absence de serviettes et de bouteilles d'eau. La dame du petit déjeuner a refusé de préparer notre commande et m'a crié dessus à cause d'un problème de langue. J'ai remarqué qu'elle ne lavait la vaisselle qu'à l'eau, sans savon, ce qui est inacceptable. Enfin, le cinquième jour, nous avons de nouveau rencontré des problèmes d'eau chaude.
