My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Zilara. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days in which we relaxed so much. Food and drinks were amazing! Many restaurants to choose from since the twin sister hotel Hyatt Ziva is right next to it. Lots of entertainment, amazing beach, the pools were great. I totally recommend it specially for couples that just want to chill by the water and not worry about planning a whole schedule.

Checkin super easy very friendly staff. Cleanness of the room very good. Staff always helpful. Food very good and different options. Clean and organized buffet. The pillow department have to improve but not something dealbreaker

Not one bad thing to say about Hyatt Zilara. From the food to the staff, it was perfect. Property is clean and the staff is super friendly. They always made sure we were enjoying our time. Definitely recommend the Blind Butcher for dinner. A lot of food and entertainment during the dinner. The beach is great and we always found a play to sit. We give Zilara a 10/10!!!! Cant wait to go back. And its very close to the airport
