Such a beautiful hotel! The food was delicious with lots of variety, and the restaurant service was amazing—everyone was so attentive. The afternoon pool music and entertainment were spot on, fun but not over the top, with a great mix of songs. The water park is awesome for all ages—yes, even us adults had a blast! The only thing I’d change is having towels available at the water park itself since the closest stand is way over by the pool (about a 20-minute walk). Other than that, everything was super convenient. When my teen got sick, the on-site pharmacy had everything we needed, which was a huge relief.

Colorful label on an empty bottle!

The staff was rude and unhelpful which is unfortunate in such a large property. we answered the internal survey we send us on the second day and was contacted by 3 different people telling us they were sorry and understood why we were unhappy but none of them did anything about it except wasting our time asking us to repeat ourselves to all these different departments. listing a few of the issues: Our teenagers could not get keys to our room (hotel policy) which is a problem when the keys are wrist bands we had booked and paid for 4 people but we could not get them to service our room for more than 3 people (towels, glasses, water etc. Both our toilet door and shower door could not close (so constant water on the room floor), the minibar didn't work - took them till our last day after constantly reminder to get it fixed they had left Unique VIP club bags and beach towels in our room but we were not allowed to use them - we didn't know we did not have permission to use what was in the room so we got a lot of grievance when we did and was told they just hadn't moved them from the previous guest. and the list goes on ..... one thing after another and to top it off the staff was constantly super rude. Each of these things might seem minor but when you add them all up it makes this hotel seems very much like a colorful label on an empty bottle. it looks nice on the surface but need some maintenance, and some training on how to treat their guests. This is max a 3 start hotel.

The place was so modern and clean. The staff were so accomodating and attentive to your needs. The place is family friendly but never felt crowded. Check in was smooth for us. The rooms were always cleaned by housekeeping. Room service was free.

The beach was easily accessible. The food was very good, fresh & never made our stomachs hurt. The pool was immaculate. I wish there were more options for the shows in the theater and at more varied times.

the resort is very nice specially the outside areas. the rooms are not very clean. I went with a group of 12. 6 different room. there were issues with 4 of the rooms. to the point where we had to request to be changed to a different room. (1)room. with roaches crawling around. I have pictures to show. we asked to change the room (2) room was soooo humid the floor was wet in the middle of the night and when my uncle got up in the middle of the night he slipped and felll on the floor 79 years old. staff changed his room inmmediately. (3) there was no drain in the shower. leaving a big hole where bugs were crawling in. overall I believe they need to start updating the rooms. the smell of humidity is very strong

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue realmente negativa. Las habitaciones tienen humedad y se escucha absolutamente todo lo que pasa en la habitación de al lado, lo que hace imposible descansar. Los trabajadores, además de estar claramente desmotivados, ofrecen un trato pésimo al cliente. El bufet es muy pobre, sin variedad, con poca comida y, para colmo, mal elaborada; incluso los aperitivos los sirven fríos. En general, se percibe un ambiente descuidado y sin interés en brindar un buen servicio. Definitivamente, una mala experiencia que no recomendaría.
