Worst hotel I've ever been to. I went because it currently has a 7/10 review score. The bathroom was dirty everywhere, and outside was very loud due to traffic, motorcycles, cars honking, etc.

This hotel was located on the outskirts of punta cana. When I checked my gps it said we were in bávaro and on Expedia this property was advertised in punta cana. The neighbourhood was very unsafe, vendors were dishonest and took pay from us. The property had no swimming pool or restaurant and even shuttle bus to transport us to and from the airport. Our room had NO HOT WATER, the toilet seat was broken. I will never recommend anyone come to this hotel ever!!!!!!!

There was no running water, and the electricity cut out multiple times. The environment was extremely noisy, with constant traffic from motorcycles and people shouting on the walkway. The bathroom shower was dirty and had no water, and the WiFi connection was terrible

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel was in very poor condition. The bathroom, shower, and toilet were dirty with mold, the sink smelled musty, and the entire room had a strong moldy odor. Many of the fixtures were rusty. It was so uncomfortable that I stayed for less than an hour and had to rent an Airbnb instead. Despite the great staff, the property itself needs major improvements.

There must be better places.

Well staff was friendly but sink water did not work and shower had missing knob so the only way I was able to shower and rinse was with filling a plastic bottle and doing it that way. Definitely would not stay here again.
