Read More View details 2:07 PM The Resort was clean but the adult side is VERY VERY BORING!! There should be some time of Foam party for the adult side, better entertainment, more activities and a larger variety of music! No way the family side was a lot more fun and had a better DJ than the adult side. Overall the hotel was clean & the food was decent.

This was my second time staying at Ocean El Beso and it did not disappoint! The food is excellent, there are lots of dining options, and the resort is very clean. Jose was our concierge through the Privilege service and he was very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this resort. Thank you Jose and team for a wonderful experience!

It was easy to get reservations. Beds were comfortable and room was cold. It was hard to get a drink that wasn’t sweet. No actual hot tub just a big cold jacuzzi , language barrier. Staff doesn’t seem interested on making your vacation a priority, no good morning or hello unless you are at a restaurant. Rooms were clean but not restocked without asking. Toilets didn’t flush properly. We had towels delivered nightly after 8pm without asking, seemed kinda odd to me. We did enjoy the clean pools and sunshine ☀️ but not enough chairs so you did have to wake up and get your towels out. Food was ok, Blue Moon was our favorite followed by habachi. Never had any issues with anything missing as some have suggested. Beach was always red flag 🚩 so no swimming but I had previously read this.

We were a group of six on a 14 day vacation. We found the food to be always easy to find something good to eat. Every staff member was accommodating, helpful and friendly. We always saw that the property was being cleaned or updated or something being repaired And being tidy.

We enjoyed the El Beso in this large resort. We had an ocean front master suite. Two bathrooms a treat. Separate sitting area, balcony right at the beach. We had touble at first getting our bar fridge restocked but after we told Deiby our Butler, it never happened again. Being a Privilege guest means you'll have roped off areas, better service from the bar staff at the pools and beach. Most importantly you will be given a butler to help you get the most out of your vacation. Ours was Deiby, and he was wonderful. He answered any questions, and helped make it easy. Communication was through WhatsApp. Biggest help wss making all of our dinner reservations for the whole week. That service alone takes all the thinking and stress about where to go and what times to reserve. If you love a beach view and a massive room I would say splurge and experience the privilege.Because the resort is large they have trams running to help you get to the restaurant area quicker. We enjoyed the walks.Restaurants were average with some standouts. The rack of lamb at Blue Moon was delish. The adult only Per Dama at the beach had ceviche and Caribbean fish that was my fav! Sakura was great with teppanyaki. Buffet was fine. Activities are listed in the daily in the app. Other nice places were Mikes coffee, piano bar, sports bar and the spa. Larges pools with swim up bars, some quiet, some loud. You pick! A great lazy river too. Large beach with lots of space and chairs. Lighthouse has great views.

The staff were nice but inconsistent with service and table setting/service. The showers leaked lots of water and it smelled a bit musty in the rooms. The buildings were a bit outdated. The cleaning staff were good but the food room service wasn’t 24hr free, pay for late night room service. The food was average, the pools were great! The djs replayed the same setlists throughout the week. The restaurants are hard to find clean seating at the buffet because it’s a sit yourself style. The lazy river was fun!!!

I had an amazing stay at El Beso in the Dominican Republic! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional customer service truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my vacation was perfect. A special shoutout to José Jimenez, our buckler, who made the experience unforgettable. José was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. Whether it was arranging special requests, offering personalized recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure everything was to our liking, José’s professionalism and warmth made us feel truly cared for. The resort itself was beautiful, with stunning amenities, great food, and a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. However, it was the outstanding service that made this trip so memorable. I can’t wait to return to El Beso and hope to see José and the rest of the amazing team again! Highly recommend!

El Beso - Will Definitely Return

Just came back from El Beso Punta Cana. Had never been before, and would give it 4.5 stars. In particular was the spectacular service provided by our butler, Jose. He was always available, even on days off. Always had a smile on his face, and would respond to every request in a very timely manner. I can't say enough good things about him. The property itself has everything you would want. The food is good, and has quite a bit of variety. The French restaurant was our favourite. The only detractor would be the beach. For Punta Cana, I expected a better beach. Maybe I'm too used to Bavaro Beach and it's sugar white sand. We also enjoyed the combination of a family side, and an adults only side. Having no children or grandchildren with us allowed us to retreat to a more peaceful environment.

We stayed at Ocean El Beso for our honeymoon, and while it was a memorable trip, there were some highs and lows. The staff made a fantastic first impression, welcoming us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and delicacies in our room, which was cleaned daily and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was the foam pool party—it was vibrant, fun, and truly unforgettable! We also loved the lazy river, which was perfect for relaxing and added to the charm of our experience. However, the beach was disappointing. The water wasn’t clean, and it wasn’t the white sand beach we had envisioned. The buffet food was average, but the reservation-only restaurants were excellent. A special thanks to our e-concierge, Johanser Mazara, who reserved tables for us each night, ensuring we had fantastic dining experiences. Unfortunately, the H10 app was misleading, showing activities and events that weren’t planned, which was frustrating. To add to this, I left my jacket at the reception during check-out, and the guest services team was unhelpful in resolving the issue, leaving us with a sour note at the end of our trip. Overall, we had a good time, with highlights like the foam party and lazy river making up for some of the shortcomings. Ocean El Beso is a nice choice for couples, but there’s room for improvement in communication and guest services.
