Our recent stay at Paradisus Grand Cana was nothing short of extraordinary, and we cannot recommend this resort highly enough.
👶 Family & Kids Experience
First and foremost, the way everything was catered to children truly set this resort apart. From the engaging kids club to the water park activities and thoughtfully planned events to the wide variety of food and entertainment options, our daughter was not only included but celebrated. The incredible care provided by Mary, a babysitter who treated our child with warmth and attentiveness, gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax in ways we rarely can while traveling.
🎩 Concierge Excellence
Secondly, we must highlight the phenomenal service from our concierge, Gustavo. He checked in on us tirelessly every few hours, ensuring every detail was handled seamlessly. All of our restaurant and spa activity reservations were taken care of without us lifting a finger. He went above and beyond by decorating our rooms for our friend’s 40th birthday, securing two connected rooms exactly as requested, and even spoiling our 2‑year‑old with personal attention, a handwritten note, toys, and goodies from the kids club.
