Realmente no es los que esperábamos mi esposo y yo para no alargar mucho porque tengo mucho que decir. Pero un hotel que cueste $100 la noche tiene mejor servicio que el sanctuary en todos los sentidos no sirves. Te venden habitaciones más grandes dique más privadad pero no vale la pena. No los recomiendo para nada. La playa no sirve y ellos te hacen el checking y no te hacen saber nada. Mi esposo y yo no sentimos como que no robaron 👎👎

We stayed here for my daughter’s 25th birthday and could not have had a more amazing experience. From the moment we arrived the staff immediately made us feel welcomed and at home. Our rooms got upgraded to ocean view suites which were absolutely stunning. The food at Casa Bella was delicious and well varied. We especially loved the smoothie station, where each day we would look forward to getting our smoothie made. We ate at the steakhouse which was absolutely delicious, and one night even ran late to make our reservation for the Italian restaurant which my daughter really wanted to go to, and the Director of Food and Beverage, Elias, went out of his way to make sure we could get a reservation. To Elias, Juan Jose, Robert, and all the servers and staff at Sanctuary Cap Cana, THANK YOU for making our trip absolutely unforgettable. We look forward to visiting again!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at sanctuary cap Cana. We had a wonderful time with beautiful views. The ocean water had a lot of algae during this time of the year, which is August. I was told there’s less algae during the cooler months. Don’t expect to get into the ocean water. But there are so many amenities, including several pools that were satisfying. The food options are great, but the communication is a little sketchy between staff. Overall, we had a great time.

Everyone who worked at the resort was super nice and there were plenty of pools to hang around in. Definitely a great place if you just want to chill and relax but wish there were more activities to do during the day time.
