The Westin® Puntacana Resort offers 200 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features minibars and a safe. Rooms open to balconies. This was a beautiful property, with comfortable rooms and a lovely, uncrowded beach. Three on-site restaurants were both very good, and there was a convenient shuttle service to take us to other restaurants and shopping. But what really made our stay a wonderful experience was the staff. Every single person we encountered was pleasant, friendly and willing to help.

The beach view was astonishing, you can enjoy it practically from every room, the room spotless clean. The staff very professional and friendly, always showing genuine hospitality. The overall experience for property was good no doubt, but the breakfast menu was decent, but it leaned heavily toward non-vegetarian options. As someone who prefers vegetarian food, I found the choices quite limited. It would be great to see more variety in veg dishes. Also, there aren’t many nearby restaurants offering good vegetarian options, which made it a bit inconvenient.
