Resort is good but the rooms are bad. Rooms are small, bathroom and toilet doors don’t have locks and very small. For a family this is not an ideal rooms and resort is full of mosquitos. All our hands and legs turned red by the time we returned from the trip. Food menu doesn’t change much. We ate Pretty much same food for all the 4 days and for vegetarians options are limited.

The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are well maintained. The beach is really nice and relaxing. Be there early if you wanna get a free beach chair. The pools are amazing. A lot of things are amazing about this hotel but the things that are not amazing leads me to leave a low star. The towels are just awful. They’re old. They don’t smell clean and then you hardly get them. There’s three towels for three people that’s supposed to last the whole day when you’re at a beach resort - that’s impossible. You’re taking multiple showers and then you have to use musty smelling towels -when you ask for towels they’re reluctant to give it to you, asking if you already have towels. Some of their staff are nice but like with most places like this it’s doesn’t always seem like one gets good service unless you’re giving a good tip or you’re giving indication that you’re going to tip. there’s also people trying to sell you things - packages, excursions - it can be hectic, especially when you’re there to just relax. The meals at the reserved dinners were underwhelming and not filling except El Pilon. Buffet options were mostly not great

Stayed 7 days with friends and family. Loved the 2 bedroom option for traveling with older kids. Recommend getting up early to get chairs on the beach or pool. Breakfast was great- our kiddo has an anaphylactic allergy to dairy and we had NO issues! Lunches were good at either beach buffet or regular buffet Dinner was good at all the specialty restaurants… loved the Brazilian restaurant as you don’t order they keep just brining food to you! Recommend brining extra sunscreen bug spray and feminine supplies as they are expensive to buy on property. Loved the shows and animation team. They put up with A LOT from rude and overly familiar guests… but kept their smiles and we loved them! Daily soccer matches volleyball and activities kept our kiddo busy when he wanted to be. Beach vendors were very nice and respectful. King of the Beach gave us a great deal on parasailing! Great experience! 3 pools kept people spread out - it was a sold out week and at times felt a bit crowded but overall everything was great!!

This is the only review you need to read before you decide to book here. This is not a 5 star resort. My room was so dirty I wish I could post photos for you. Your bed will be hard 100% if you have the family room the kids beds will have no pillows. Also no nice fluffy white blankets. You’ll get an itchy old flannel blanket and you will have to beg for wash cloths or a floor mat. The food is 2/10 like really bad and the entertainment is very mid. A lot of people from Dominican stay here and I’m sure it’s nicer than where they live so they give it great reviews. But this is a 3 star hotel at best. They have people on the beach harassing you to buy things. He said $200 USD for a photo with a bird. Be very careful I bought a bracelet at one price and tapped my card and was charged almost $25 USD more.

Pretty reasonable option for all inclusive. The rooms are pretty new and the resort is properly maintained. Apart from the few minor issues in our room, we didn’t have anything major to report. Food and shows are average, coffee and pastries are really good. Half of the restaurants were closed during our stay and we couldn’t book them. The beach is absolutely amazing, clean and quiet. The resort has absolutely room for improvement but in overall it was a great experience for a family vacation and really good price to quality ratio.

I chose this property based on the reviews and the fact that the facility advertises four restaurants. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I stayed for one night only and arrived around 5:00 PM. I was informed that I could only eat at the buffet because restaurant reservations require 24 hours’ notice, even though the restaurants were visibly empty. The buffet food was very poor and far below expectations for a property at this price point. The room was booked for five people, but when we arrived it was not properly prepared. I requested the extra bed for the 5th guess, which was delivered, but no blankets or pillows were provided. I called housekeeping and was told they would bring them “in a few minutes.” After more than an hour, no one arrived. I called again and received the same response. Once again, no one came. Eventually, they stopped answering the phone entirely. As a result, we had no blankets or pillows for the kids bed and were forced to sleep four people in the same bed, which is unacceptable. Considering we paid $500 per night, this level of service, food quality, and lack of basic follow-through is completely unreasonable. This stay did not come close to matching the expectations set by the reviews or the price, and I am seeking appropriate compensation for this experience.
