Beautiful ocean views, fabulous beach clubs, amazing surfing, walk to delicious restaurants, golf, tennis, pickle ball. gym, jogging paths--all within the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita Resort. The condominium has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8, all with ensuite baths. There is a large great room that completely opens on to the adjoining deck making a large space for relaxing and entertaining. Wifi. Karaoke machine. Boogie boards. Soft-top surfboards.

Tenants have access to the highest level Premier Sports Membership which includes: Access to 5 beach clubs in addition to Hacienda de Mita's own private beach club with pool, jacuzzi and beach. Use of the tennis and pickle ball facilities. Use of the full service fitness center. Tenants have access to the amazing surf breaks within the Punta Mita Resort. There are jogging trails through out the resort which can also be used for biking. Other exercise options include pilates, yoga, and power ropes classes.

Access to the Punta Mita pier with water sport options like e-foiling and boat excursions for fishing, snorkeling, and touring. Tenants may rent the resort's luxury yacht. Golf cart available. Hacienda de Mita is the only property within the resort with walking access to the town of Punta de Mita and its many shops and fabulous restaurants.
