Perfect Getaway

amazing beach paradise

Everything was perfect ! We appreciated the concierge services for grocery shopping and airport transportation. regular housekeeping was a nice touch too. we appreciated the accomodation of our special requests for our stay.The unit is spacious and quiet and great for a nights rest. the kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was nice.the deck is where we spent most of our time, and there were plenty of games and meals enjoyed there. it was nice to flow to the pool and beach easily from the ground floor unit.

Killer views

We had a great time at the condo - the views were absolutely incredible! We were on first floor which at first I thought might be a problem but turned about being great. The place is nice and quiet.Town was about a 5 -10 minute walk and was lit the whole way.I would say our two challenges were the 2nd bedroom has an interior building view of storage area which was a bit unclear online. We ended up trading half way through so each couple could have the one with the incredible view. The other thing was on the 3rd day we got a horrific sewer smell that pretty much took over the unit. I messaged Juan and he got maintenance over there within the hour even on a Sunday. We found out it wasn’t that unit but that side of the building was having the issue. It did go away after they treated it but we covered the drains just to be safe.Overall, we loved the condo and loved just relaxing at night playing cards and listening to the waves crashing!

Excellent stay in Punta de Mita

The property is beautiful. It was so relaxing to have the infinity pool and hot tub right in front of the veranda 😁. The town was walking distance with wonderful restaurants. The concierge Juan Carlos was very helpful. Isabela our house cleaner was delightful, accommodating and hard working. The only complaint was the internet signal was very poor so hopefully they can fix that. I would definitely come back!

Great location and lots of space

We loved this property! Being able to walk right out to the pool and beach was a real bonus. We usually had the pool area to ourselves. The walk down to surf lessons, shops, restaurants and a few shops was very convenient. It was as pictured and very clean. A water cooler was supplied too. We loved the gazebo overlooking the ocean for coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evening. The comfy patio furniture was so perfect. We enjoyed the one boogie board that was there and left another one for future visitors. :) We rented a surfboard for our daughter for two days and that was within walking distance down the beach (Stinky’s Surf School). My daughter took a lesson there and they were GREAT. The condo has plenty of space and a great kitchen with everything you need to cook (if you want to). The daily housekeeping was great (although they didn’t come on our second to last day) and the homemade guacamole and pico de gallo upon arrival was AMAZING. We met an amazing local that was fishing down on the beach and he helped us find everything we needed (trip to Hidden Island/snorkeling), fishing trip, fishing equipment to rent for the day, and a chef to cook the fish we caught. The safe wasn’t working and we were told they’d bring another and they didn’t so if that’s important to you, you might want to ask ahead of time. JC was very responsive and they were able to accommodate a bit later of a checkout to coordinate with our airport transfer that they had reserved.

This condo was very well appointed with everything you might need for your stay including laundry/dishwashing detergent, shampoo/conditioner and hand soap. We loved cooking breakfast in the mornings and eating outside by the pool. We went into town for lunch and dinner where there were many excellent choices. We didn’t find any need to rent a car or a golf cart since everything is close by. The staff and concierge were extremely helpful.

Gorgeous, well maintained condo

The condo was wonderful, we loved being right by the pool and the views of the ocean are spectacular. The town is small and sleepy but we liked that. The AC didn't work despite there being techs there daily. This made the hot, muggy nights a struggle. However, the beds were some of the most comfortable rental beds I've ever stayed in. Daily maid service was awesome, our housekeeper was sweet and THUROUGH.

Birthday Week

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alan, our host, was very communicative and timely with everything. There was fresh home made guacamole and salsa waiting for us upon our arrival. Made by Isabelle our house keeper. Alan made sure we had candles and flashlight for hurricane Lydia Which fortunately was not too severe in Punta de Mita. The kitchen was well equiped. We appreciated having the water cooler. The infiinity pool is beautiful and well cared for. Being on the ground floor was perfect to be able to walk out to the pool. It is about a 12 minute walk into town with a few good restaurants and cafe. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous condo with wonderful amenities. The staff was exceptional and the location is very close to all the restaurants in Punta de Mita. Beautiful pool, with secure access to the beach.
