It features two bedrooms and a well-maintained garden of approximately 300 m², which includes a private swimming pool—ideal for enjoying the climate and the natural surroundings. Additionally, the property boasts a spectacular terrace with sea views, perfect for relaxation, unforgettable sunsets, and outdoor living throughout the year.
The house is located in the lower part of Puntagorda, a charming rural municipality in the northwest of La Palma, renowned for its tranquility, open landscapes, and strong connection to tradition.
Puntagorda preserves a rich agricultural and livestock heritage, reflected in its architecture and the ethnographic elements that continue to shape the surroundings and traditional homes.
