Our cozy Appalachian escape is absolutely perfect for vacationers, tourists, and business folks alike. Far enough away from the DC/Dulles hustle & bustle to enjoy some peace & serenity, yet close enough for those who want or need to head that way for work (or to see the tourist sights!) Whether you’re here to sample wine in the beautiful rolling hills of Virginia Wine Country, commute to Dulles for work, or check out the National Mall in DC, we’ve got you covered.

***THE SPACE***

- Bed linens for all sleeping spaces are provided (mattress pads also provided for full/twin beds)
- Ready-to-go kitchenette, including fridge, burners, two-compartment sink, 8-in-1 Ninja oven, pots, pans, utensils, etc.

- Wood-burning fireplace, with firewood & easy-start log provided
- Two TV’s – one by the big comfy couch, one in the bedroom (Netflix provided)

***OUR RULES & POLICIES***
For everyone’s comfort, any kind of smoking or vaping (including hookah) is not allowed on the property. If extra cleaning is needed beyond our normal cleaning, a $300 fee may apply at the hosts’ discretion. Any damage to the home or furnishings will be the guest’s responsibility. We don’t anticipate any problems—just please be mindful and tidy up. Also, no fireworks are permitted within town limits.

***LIABILITY DISCLAIMER***
By staying at this property, you agree that you are personally responsible for your own safety and the safety of those in your party. The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal property that occur on the premises or in connection with the stay. You accept full responsibility for any damages caused by you or your guests.

 Use of amenities such as stairs, balconies, deck, walking pad, weight set, garden tub, showers and kitchen appliances is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

***GUEST ACCESS***
The private entrance to our Nightfall Nook is found via the backyard through the gate. The whole lower floor is private & yours to enjoy, as there is a key-locked door separating the suite from the rest of the house.

We assume contactless check-in by default, but face-to-face is always available (we love meeting our guests!) A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival that will only be valid for the duration of your stay. Check-in is anytime after 3 pm, check-out is by 11 am.

Important Access Notes:
- The backyard area is technically a shared space, however we will only use it to access the trash cans and shed (very rarely!)
- Exterior security camera located under the deck, oriented towards the entryway...it is motion activated and thus only records coming/going for everyone's safety
- Street parking is available right next to the property (there is always plenty of space available)
- Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am

***INTERACTIONS***
We do our best to provide you anything you might need to make your stay as seamless & convenient as possible ahead of time so that it is already at your fingertips! However, we are always available and open to suggestions or meeting custom/unique needs that any guests may have. Never be afraid to reach out to us!

Contactless check-in/check-out is our default, but we are always happy to provide face-to-face if requested or preferred.

***MISC DETAILS***
No access to washer/dryer units...however, for all bookings 14+ nights, we offer free laundry service for up to 20 lbs. of laundry. Service limited to once every two weeks, after the initial 14 nights.

Housekeeping/cleaning service available (by request) for bookings longer than 7 nights. Just let us know and we will schedule it at your convenience! Service limited to once a week, after the initial 7 nights.
