The hotel room needed to be renovated. Bathtub tiles crackered shampoo and body was watered down. Cleaning staff was on strike. Hot tub water was dirty.

The onsite restaurant Cochin Dingue was very nice. Spacious clean and comfortable room. Nice staff. Very nice location beside plains of Abraham park and many, many restaurants along Grand Allee.

Being so close to old town, Quebec, and having a Street full of food, options was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The staff was always very nice. Even if they didn’t understand English, they worked really hard to help understand. Cannot say enough about this location and property.

We stayed three night with 2 kids. The location was good and just steps away from Grand Alley. Had a lot of food options near the hotel. Parking was also easy, bed were comfortable and i requested the staff to mop the floor as one of my kid crawl, and they did that for us. The overall great experience

Hôtel abordable

Chambre avec lit King. Superbe vue sur le fleuve. Chambre avec salle de bain vieillotte mais vraiment pas cher. Magnifiquement située près de tout: les plaines, le Vieux-Québec, de bons resto. Tout ça à pied. À refaire encore! Séjour parfait même si il y a grève et stationnement à quelques minutes à pied.

Stationnement éloigné et non sous l'hôtel comme indiqué sur site web, chambre sale, verres n'ont pas l'air propre, très poussiéreux dans la chambre, dessus de table collant, eau froide intermittente robinet lavabo et douche, mauvaise odeur chambre + forte odeur provenant du frigo, tapis corridor sale et vieux, personnel absent à la réception à l'arrivée pour plus de 5 minutes. Grève déclenchée jour 2 du séjour : personnel nous dit être mal payé pour toujours plus de tâches par un proprio qui ne fait rien. Seul point positif : vue de notre chambre au 19e.
