Just ok, except for location.

Pretty disappointed in the construction going on that I wasn't aware of. Had to ask for housekeeping upon arrival as bathroom was not properly cleaned. Room could use some rugs and a bench for removing boots at entry. We dragged in so much salt from the hotel entry that it is all over the room. And then we step on it in bare feet. Ugh. Hotel lobby has broken fireplace on one side and then the other fireplace hasn't been on the entire stay. Traffic noise is pretty bad in the am. Location however is great.

The hotel is located in the lower town area of Old Quebec City and is very close to Petit Champlain and Place Royale. It is easy to get around from the place. When we stayed, they were constructing a new entrance to the hotel, so it wasn't super nice to look at, but didn't affect our stay.
