Friendly and accommodating staff welcomed us to this lovely small hotel crafted from a previous 19th century luxury home on a park-lined street. Our room was very pleasant, my only criticism is that the 1950s bathroom, while charming, could use a refresh. There is a bar/restaurant available to breakfast purchase, or evening cocktails. Convenient, although much better breakfast options were available just a short walk away. Parking at a municipal garage was convenient and appreciated. Location was perfect. Just close enough to all of the fun of Old Quebec, but in a quiet and safe area. A very nice experience overall!

This boutique hotel was perfectly located for exploring Old Quebec City. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room which seemed newly upgraded. It was comfortable and very private. We certainly look forward to staying here again.

We had a great stay - the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was we booked the Executive suite because it was advertised w/ a fireplace, and we arrived to find out there was no fireplace. The listing should have been updated or we should have been notified as this was more expensive than other rooms. Otherwise the hotel was great, the location was great and the staff were superb!

The property is lovely. It is medium sized and has a comfortable lounge area on the first floor. Huge call out to the staff, everyone of whom was friendly, helpful and engaging. They made our visit all the more special. Call outs to Sue and Luigi for their conversation and ideas.

It was average at best for the price. Sink clogged all weekend, tv not working well, difficult to access penthouse. There are many more far better accommodations with the wow factor for far cheaper. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise, but were charged far too much for this supposed upgrade. On a positive the staff were wonderful.

We stayed in the suite, and it was such a spacious, comfortable, quiet room with a historic feel. Every single staff person was extremely friendly. Location can't be beat - walk out the door to the historic city walls and only blocks to old town restaurants and shops - or has just outside the walls to events and transit at Place Youville. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite, et c'était une chambre spacieuse, confortable et calme avec une atmosphère historique. Chaque membre du personnel était extrêmement sympathique. Le lieu est fantastique - sortez de la porte pour vous rendre aux murs historiques de la ville, les restaurants et des boutiques de la vieille ville, ou sortez les murs pour les événements et le transport qu'on trouve dans la Place Youville.

Good location. The breakfast was simple, but very good. There were hot drinks available throughout the day. There were umbrellas provided for rainy days.

Great stay. Room was shaped a bit weird but fits with the feel and character of Old Quebec. Staff were super friendly and accommodating - even with the 1am check in due to flight delays. Thanks for the great experience
