The facilities are ok, the breakfast is ok (although the first day of our stay quite a few items were missing, but appeared on the second day). The hotel advertised their 'children policy' as 'a child under 17 stays free using the existing bedding', it also offers an extra bed or a crib for a fee. I made a reservation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and had a 6-year old that was supposed to go 'free' or with an extra bed. However, upon our arrival I was told that 'the child could stay with us if she was 5, but since she was 6, we had to pay for a larger room'. So we had to pay extra $150. Talked to the manager the following day, who agreed that the description might have been misleading and offered to do something, perhaps to refund some of the extra charge, during the check-out. However, at the check-out there was no mention of the conversation, and a different person was pretty dismissive, saying that it was all my fault for misunderstanding their policy. Very unpleasant situation. Not a very family friendly hotel.

The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was good, but the room and washroom had a bad odor at check-in. Despite being given a freshener and reassured it would be fixed the next day, the issue wasn’t resolved even after two reminders.

A very nice property and well maintained , just difficult to get to Quebec City on public transport - it takes a while - a couple of fast food places close by but not good for vegetarians so remember to eat well in the city before going back to accommodation.

This is a very nice place to stay! We stayed here on our way to the Gaspe Penninsula area and now again on the way back. The rooms are quite large. The bathrooms are huge as well with a very large walk-in shower which is all tiled. The fitness room is awesome! This visit though, the universal gym was broken, but there is a whole rack of free weights so it worked out. The btreakfast is very good with both hot and cold options which taste good. Parking right outside on site is nice too! Tge rooms have fridges and microwaves. The only issue we had with this stay was the fridge froze our food. Would definitely recommendthis hotel!

We had a fabulous stay here! The room is wuite big and had a fridge and microwave. The breakfast is very good - both hot and cold options. Lots of room to sit as well even though there were a lot of people having breakfast at the same time. The laundry facilities are very convenient too. The fitness room is awesome! Very well equipped including free weights and even a balance ball. Will stay again on our way back home!
