This hotel was great! The first night we had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the pool and splash pad. Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken in that room, but they quickly gave us a different room. Both rooms were clean and recent looking enough, the second one looked brand new. Only thing of note was the second room didn't have fitted sheets on the mattresses, but a flat sheet instead. Didn't affect our comfort though. We would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons louer deux chambres car nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 4 enfants. Premièrement nous avons tous été déçu des chambres car elles ne reflétaient en rien les photos mis par l’hôtel sur leur site internet. La salle de bain d’une chambre était salle et l’état de la salle de bain de la 2ieme chambre de bain laissait à désirer: calfeutrage noir et une réparation de plafond n’avaient pas été complétée. Les planchers flottants des deux chambres étaient gondolés et mal installés. Il y avait des goutes rouges/brune sur la tapisserie d’une des deux chambres. Un des deux lits d’une chambre était vraiment dur alors que l’autre était correct. Nous sommes arrivés pendant une canicule. Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé dans l’hôtel, seulement dans une des chambres. Arrivée dans nos chambres une des deux airs climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons rapidement eu du service pour la “réparer”.la dite réparation à durée que quelques heures car le lendemain matin, elle ne fonctionnait plus.

At first when we got in our room, the a/c wasn’t working… it was a hot day and inside room temperature was 33 degrees Celsius. We asked the front desk if it was normal and they said no, it was fixed a few days ago. They sent someone to reset the thermostat! It worked fine after that. The only downside is no breakfast is not included with the price of hotel. TG there is a bistro, Subway, Cora and Tim Hortons beside the hotel. The jets in the whirlpool aren’t very strong, but at least there is one and pool and kids pool area are great too.

Terrible start to the stay since the room was extremely hot for 2-3 hours after we checked in and eventually cooled down because someone probably turned the aircon off on the hottest day of the year. Everything else was exactly as expected - not bad but not great either.

No air conditioning on 4th floor. Hotel had preset thermostat. When informed, they adjusted accordingly. On last day, hours before check out, temperature was raised up again and woke up sweating. Unbelievable. Stains on walls, on furniture...Gross. Doors, vanity , scratched, damaged. Needs renovations desperately. I've stayed in many hotels and by far this was the worst and first bad review I've ever given. My stay was unrefundable and no other rooms were available. If owner or management doesn't care about this hotel, then they should sell to someone who does. Shameful.
