Service is impeccable, very friendly. The property is beautiful & very well situated. Valet parking is available & super convenient, but there is public parking less than 10 min walk away. It’s within 5-10 min walk to most tourist attractions in the old city, and yet it was very easy to get to/from with our car. There are Michelin-star & Michelin recommended restaurants within 5 min walk, if you’re interested. We definitely recommend.

When i booked i thought breakfast was included. I might have been mislead. I may have missed it. It wasn't clear until i had to ask twice. I needed to exchange some cash to leave tips, i was told the asistant had cash, and when i asked him, he directed me to a bank which was inconvenient at that time on Sunday.

Beautiful room, a little tight for 4 people but very comfortable. We are 2 adults and 2 kids. Water pressure is quite weak and hot water takes awhile t get there. Room should have a few more hooks to hang towels - nowhere to place them, ending up cluttering the room that is already a bit tight for 4 people. WE loved out stay there. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Location is brilliant, in old town, a few minutes hike to the Frontenac. Nice charming streets.

The bed was very comfortable. There were l'occitane products in the bathroom. The front desk staff were superb and often went above and beyond for me. It was very walkable to the old town sites. The only downside was that i could hear the people walking in the room above me.

Amazing staff.

Perfect location for seeing Old Quebec City as well as for venturing on day trips. Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable and clean. Will be back again.
