We called ahead to ask about an early check-in for 3pm, since we were traveling from Toronto, and were told it would be fine. However, when we arrived, the staff was not very welcoming and did not allow us to check in after 4pm, saying the rooms were still being cleaned. The outdoor hot tub was dirty, and the rooms were extremely small—much smaller than expected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Zero customer service from front desk.
