Excellent service at the front desk. If you’re not sure where to go eat share your budget and ask for recommendations and they will be more than happy to help you. Breakfast was good and a lot for three of us. If you’re driving to the hotel drive up to the entrance, grab your parking pass when you check in and drive across the road to park, it was all very convenient. Room and washroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely my go to place whenever I am in Quebec City next. Special shoutout to the front desk staff for being amazing no matter what time of day or night.

My family really liked the room we had for a week. Staff were really nice. The only suggestion we have is probably the breakfast service. As the place is small and had no "breakfast room" they deliver your breakfast in a nice, cute bag that they deliver to your room @ 7am. It was always bread, pastry and orange juice. There were 2 days where they included fruits or yogurt. It would have been nice if they included boiled egg or something. Lastly, maybe apple juice or another juice other than orange juice. Otherwise, very happy with our stay.

Underwhelming

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was comfortable but rather dark and depressing. You are encouraged when checking in to leave a tip for room service, which I did at the start of my visit; I wish I hadn't as room service was poor - coffee pods and shampoo/shower gels were not replenished during my stay. There is no restaurant at this hotel. Breakfast was left outside your room each morning. The rolls/croissants were dry and tasteless. You had to visit Reception for coffee which was often cold. I would not stay here again if I was visiting Quebec City.

Very nice hotel, close to vieux-Quebec which was walkable from there. There were some renovations going on but I had no inconvenience from that. Very courteous staff to help me too. The bed was huge and comfortable! Breakfast served in a pouch pit outside your room was new for me but I enjoyed eating in- Nespresso-Coffee in the room too. Overall, an excellent stay!

It’s located in a trendy and artsy area, walking distance to nearby shopping areas, the port, and local restaurants. The property is quiet as there aren’t many units in the building. There is a pub downstairs if you wanna grab a beer and watch a game. Breakfast is delivered to your room, fresh croissants, bottled orange juice and other pastry, sometimes with yogurt and oranges. There is a small toaster oven and a mini fridge in the room. Staff is friendly.

Our room could have more lighting & a bit bigger table. Hard for 2 people to eat breakfast there. Also a pen & pad of paper would be nice. The construction at the entrance & installations of new thermostats was intrusive esp when we had no heat for one night. Thankfully a portable heater was provided.

Perfectly located within walking distance of major attractions and close to the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning was a delightful touch, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!
