The location was fantastic, and a very nice view from the rooftop terrace. Very friendly and helpful desk staff. The breakfast is excellent; the woman attending the breakfast was very encouraging to try things and make sure you knew all the available offerings. The room was absolutely spotless.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly and super convenient to walk around the city. Parking options are expensive and beware of that. Would be nice if they had a deal with one of the locations. Breakfast was average ( we did not have it ). Better to head out to one of the many nicer cafes close by. Overall though a great spot to stay for a visit to Quebec City !

Great hotel in walking distance of all that is Old Quebec city. Right through the park from the Chateau Frontenac and good views across the park to the river... too bad there were no heaters on the rooftop patio!

The room was clean, and the front desk service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious as well. The location on the hill is convenient. However, in some rooms the water pressure in the shower is a bit weak.

We had a wonderful time here. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We were on the first floor, so at times it was a bit noisy outside our room, and it got quite warm with no way to cool it down. Even with the heat turned off, the only option was to open the window, which wasn’t ideal since it was at street level and didn’t feel safe to leave open while sleeping. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.

This small hotel is well located, facing a park and the river right behind the Chateau Frontenac. Staff were friendly, helpful. The room wasn't big but was well organized. The king bed was excellent - we had great sleeps. Would definitely stay again.
